Decision Design

Situations are time-sensitive, and unless your decisions are prompt, opportunities slip away, especially now when decisions can be designed to bring out the best of AI.

Experience how with Two-5-Two, world's first Decision Model for Human + AI collaboration.

Is there a decision you don’t want made, but life makes it for you anyway?

When my kids were 9 and 11, divorce hit us unexpectedly, unprepared, and not by our choice. My son said he wished his sister were older so she could understand what the three of us were about to face, and that moment stayed with me. As the creator of Two-5-Two, I chose to pair it with AI, not to fix what was happening, but to help us navigate it, because divorce can feel like a kind of loss. As their father, I was not going to let it define or diminish their lives, and instead made it our shared challenge to turn the corner. So far, it has brought us closer, even as a broken family. click here for more

Situations & Decisions

Life is a constant stream of decisions, yet most people rely on instinct and hope they’re getting it right, while a few are already gaining an edge by designing their decisions instead of just making them.

Designing Decisions with Clarity

From Familiar Thinking to Expanded Possibilities

From Familiar Thinking to Expanded Possibilities

We often think we decide consciously, yet many important choices especially personal ones are driven more by emotion than structure. This approach changes that. It brings clarity, organizes thinking, and expands perspective. Its real value is in what’s ahead helping us design decisions with intention and confidence.

I thought I understood my decision—but Two-5-Two with AI opened up dimensions I had never considered. Now I’m seeing it with far more options and genuinely interesting perspectives.

Seeing My Decisions Clearly

Seeing My Decisions Clearly

Everything I do in life is a decision. Some are small, some are critical but each one is an inflection point in its own way. For a long time, I moved through them without really understanding how they were shaping me, or what I truly wanted from them. Now that’s changed. I can see my decisions clearly. I have a way to design them, to go deeper into them to understand what’s at stake, what’s possible, and most importantly, what I really want. Nothing feels random anymore. Everything carries meaning. And now, I have a much clearer sense of what that meaning is.

GPS For Modern Leadership

Seeing My Decisions Clearly

Seeing My Decisions Clearly

The Two-5-Two framework is like a GPS for the chaos of modern leadership. It shifts you from reactive habits to designing your decisions, turning leadership into a high-leverage skill that cuts through noise, directs AI with purpose, and prioritizes meaningful progress over raw speed. It is a perspective shift that ensures technology serves your vision rather than just automating your workflow.

Decision Model

Two-5-Two  connects you, your decisions, and intelligence, especially AI, acting as the bridge that brings out the best in every decision.

Clarity Over Answers...

The Two-5-Two, powered by learn108, stands apart from any financial tool I’ve used. It doesn’t steer you toward a single answer—it helps you think with clarity. By breaking complex decisions into simple, structured elements, it asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and brings your priorities into focus. It doesn’t replace your judgment; it sharpens it.
