The Learn108 Advisory Board brings together leaders from diverse industries, professions and communities who share a commitment to advancing how humanity designs decisions.

Through their professional experiences, relationships and understanding of the world around them, Advisory Board members bring to Learn108's attention the challenges facing individuals, businesses, industries and communities.

Together, we explore how two-5-two, Learn108's Decision Design Language, combined with artificial intelligence and human ingenuity through co-cognition, can help people discover opportunities, reconsider existing approaches and design better decisions that create meaningful economic and social value.

The Board is not simply about advising Learn108 on its direction. It is about helping Learn108 understand the world through the eyes of those experiencing its challenges and identifying where Decision Design can make a meaningful difference.

The Advisory Board meets once every quarter for a two-hour open dialogue, bringing together different perspectives, experiences and ideas.

Each conversation revolves around three questions:

1. What challenges are emerging around us?

What are individuals, organizations, industries and communities experiencing that deserves greater attention? What unmet needs, overlooked opportunities or changing circumstances are becoming apparent?

2. What decisions need to be designed?

Which existing decisions, assumptions and practices need to be reconsidered? What new decisions could unlock possibilities that traditional approaches may not reveal?

3. How can two-5-two with AI make a difference?

How can human ingenuity and artificial intelligence come together through co-cognition to explore these challenges, discover opportunities and design decisions that deliver meaningful outcomes?

Members are not expected to arrive with ready-made solutions. Their contribution is to bring authentic perspectives, meaningful questions, relevant experiences and connections that help uncover opportunities for Decision Design.

Learn108 explores the challenges brought forward by Advisory Board members and identifies where two-5-two and AI can be applied to advance decision-making.

These opportunities may lead to practical demonstrations, learning experiences, collaborative projects, research, partnerships or new approaches to existing products, services and professional practices.

The objective is not simply to solve problems more efficiently. It is to discover possibilities that might otherwise remain unseen and enable individuals and organizations to design decisions with greater intelligence.

Over time, these experiences can contribute to a growing body of real-world examples demonstrating how Decision Design creates economic and social value.

Advisory Board members are also welcome, if they choose, to co-deliver Learn108's Decision Design coaching sessions for leaders and professionals.

These sessions bring together Learn108's two-5-two Decision Design Language, AI-enabled co-cognition and the practical industry knowledge and professional experiences of Advisory Board members.

By participating in coaching sessions, members can help leaders and professionals explore real-world challenges, question established assumptions, discover opportunities and experience how designing decisions differs from simply making them.

This creates an opportunity for Advisory Board members to extend the impact of their knowledge and experience beyond their own organizations and professional networks.

Participation in coaching is entirely optional and can be shaped around each member's interests, expertise and availability. Any specific delivery arrangements can be agreed upon separately.

Advisory Board membership is voluntary and uncompensated, founded on a shared commitment to making the world a better place through Decision Design.

Members are invited to:

• Participate in a two-hour open dialogue once every quarter.
• Bring forward challenges, emerging needs and opportunities from their professional and personal environments.
• Share perspectives and experiences that can enrich Decision Design.
• Introduce relevant individuals, organizations or communities when appropriate.
• Optionally co-deliver Decision Design coaching sessions to leaders and professionals.

There is no obligation to secure partnerships, provide consulting services, undertake operational responsibilities or participate in coaching activities.

The emphasis is on meaningful participation, open dialogue, shared learning and the opportunity to make a difference.

Learn108 welcomes new Advisory Board members from across industries, professions, disciplines and communities who share our commitment to bringing real-world challenges to light and exploring how two-5-two, human ingenuity and AI can come together to design better decisions.

Members also have the opportunity, if they wish, to co-deliver Decision Design coaching sessions with Learn108, bringing their unique perspectives and professional experiences into practical learning opportunities for leaders and professionals.
