Situation, Design, Decision...

 On paper, the choice looked easy:  I had been a school cricket captain, played a very high level of cricket, got selected into the Sri Lanka Under-19 cricket pool. Naturally, the expectation was clear:  You have to continue cricket.”   But everything became clear when I began to Design Decisions.

It started a bit slow, but once the Two-5-Two decision design language kicked in, it really clicked. The questions helped me stop overthinking and respond more honestly. Exploring different scenarios made it clear what I actually want. I came in casually—but left with clarity I’m genuinely going to act on.

 Everything I do in life is a decision. Some are small, some are critical but each one is an inflection point in its own way. For a long time, I moved through them without really understanding how they were shaping me, or what I truly wanted from them. Now that’s changed. I can see my decisions clearly. I have a way to design them, to go deeper into them to understand what’s at stake, what’s possible, and most importantly, what I really want. Nothing feels random anymore. Everything carries meaning. And now, I have a much clearer sense of what that meaning is.
