Household Decisions
Households make daily decisions about food, money, education, health, travel, energy, and time. With two-5-two as a Decision Design Language, those decisions can increasingly combine human ingenuity, AI, and online resources.
As people use AI to compare options, challenge assumptions, explore tradeoffs, and design what they actually want, businesses will face customers whose decisions are more deliberate and informed.
A family using AI and Fortinos.ca, for example, could design a grocery decision around nutrition, cost, waste, convenience, and environmental impact at the same time. Those choices will influence what businesses stock, price, recommend, and eventually produce.
The next shift in AI may therefore move in both directions. Businesses will design decisions with AI, households will design decisions with AI, and the interaction between them may become the real game changer: Co-Cognition.
