A fourteen-year-old wants to take tennis seriously. First, he has to DESIGN the DECISION.
He has been playing for three years, mostly on his own, with some coaching help along the way. Something has shifted. It is not a trophy or someone telling him he is destined for greatness. It is quieter than that: a rally that lasts longer than expected, a body that moves before the mind explains it, a ball landing exactly where he imagined it would. He walks off the court knowing he wants more. He wants to take tennis seriously.
