Yes, you have. Every decision you have made is designed, designed in your brain.

And do you like to bring AI to make it better by designing it.

AI isn't your parent, friend, or teacher. It becomes what you choose to make it.
Yes, in just nine words, you can program AI into what you want it to be.
You already know these nine words. I bet you use them in your brain every time you design a decision. But let’s slow down and look at what they are — and what each one means.
1. Situation: What is really going on right now?
2. Opportunity: What could become possible from here?
3. Pause: Stop for a moment before you react.
4. Play: Try ideas and explore what could happen.
5. Ask: Find the real question.
6. Absorb: Take in what you see, feel, hear, and learn.
7. Access: Look at what you have, what you need, and what matters.
8. Activate: Take a small action.
9. Attune: Notice what happened and adjust.
What decision are you thinking about? Write a few words about it, or make a quick sketch.

Write as much as you can, but not too much. Give AI enough to understand your decision, while leaving room to design it together. We will use nine simple words to help us do that. Together, these nine words form Two-5-Two, a Decision Design Language.

At Learn108, we want you to become a great designer of your own decisions, because when you make better decisions, the world benefits too.
Stay tuned for our upcoming deep dive into how Two-5-Two helps AI perform at its best by helping you do something even more important: think critically, ask better questions, and take ownership of your decisions.

At Learn108, we are beginning to get involved in grand community designs.
For example, we recently received an invitation from Costa Rica, where a family with strong businesses on the ground wants to revive a century-old ruin in the middle of San José and restore it to its original state.
The goal is not only to preserve a historic place, but to use the project as a living example of conscious business modeling. A project like this requires hundreds, perhaps thousands, of decisions, some made with AI, some made without it, but always with human ingenuity taking the lead.
This short video introduces Two-5-Two, a simple language for designing better decisions.
For kids, it shows how to slow down, ask better questions, notice what is really going on, and make choices with more confidence.
For parents, it offers a practical way to help young people think for themselves without immediately giving them the answer.
As you watch, notice how an ordinary decision becomes clearer through Pause, Ask, Absorb, Access, Activate, Play, and Attune.
Watch it together, then talk about one real decision in your own life.
