Enable the DECISIONeers Your Business Needs.
Every organization runs on thousands of interconnected decisions, made by people across functions, teams, and levels of leadership. Yet few organizations deliberately develop the capability to design those decisions.
AI-Leader introduces executives to Decision Design with two-5-two, a language for co-cognizing with AI, examining situations, discovering opportunities, and designing decisions with greater intelligence.
The ambition extends beyond the individual leader. Become a Decisioneer, then enable others to become Decisioneers, creating an organization where Decision Design becomes a shared capability, not a responsibility reserved for leadership.
You are not short of information, technology, or opinions. What may be missing is a way to design the decisions that determine how all that intelligence is put to work.
Day 1
0 - 20 min.
Most organizations have invested heavily in data, technology, and talent. Few have invested in the design of the decisions that sit above all three. This opening segment names the gap, between the speed AI enables and the quality human judgment demands, and makes the case for why Decision Design is the missing capability of the Decision Era.
Day 1
20 - 60 min.
Two states. Five actions. Two triangles. Nine constructs that give any decision a shape it can be worked on, questioned, expanded, and refined. This is a full walk through Two-5-Two, not as a concept, but as a living language, with executive-level examples drawn from strategy, hiring, investment, and organizational change.
Day 2
60 - 108 min.
AI can generate an answer in seconds. What it cannot do is design the decision behind that answer. This segment explores how Two-5-Two functions as the bridge between human judgment and machine capability, and what it looks like when an organization thinks with AI rather than simply using it.
Day 2 - Optional
108 - 120 min.
AI-Leader is not about learning to use AI. It is about becoming a DECISIONeer who can create more DECISIONeers across your organization.
You will leave with a real business decision you have begun designing, a practical understanding of two-5-two as a Decision Design Language, and firsthand experience co-cognizing with AI to uncover opportunities that might otherwise remain invisible. More importantly, you will develop the ability to recognize interconnected micro-decisions, bring multiple intelligences into play, and enable others to design better decisions independently.
The outcome is not another AI skill. It is a leadership capability you can put to work immediately, and we will get you started.
Day 3 - Optional
120 - 180 min.
Intelligence was part of the recipe. Now it is part of the ingredients.
For generations, businesses have used intelligence to design, develop, and deliver products and services. Human knowledge, creativity, experience, and judgment have always been part of the recipe. But AI introduces a fundamental shift: intelligence can now become an active ingredient in the offerings themselves, enabling products and services to respond, adapt, and help customers make better decisions.Add an answer to this item.
As your decision design journey continues, a subsequent Business Assessment exercise will naturally come to light for applying the capability to customer offerings, organizational intelligence, business models, and emerging opportunities.
You get to experience a business example.

I’ve become more conscious of how ideas can become opportunities through the way we work with them. I have started applying the language and logic of situations and opportunities to almost every aspect of my personal and professional life. It has helped me understand the impact of micro-decisions much more clearly.
Yes, definitely. It helps me dig deeper and discover possibilities I might otherwise miss. I also feel more aligned through the dialogue. Tough questions become more comfortable conversations, and that makes it easier to explore them honestly.
Because first you need to upgrade your original brain, and then use AI. If leaders improve their decision-making skills, AI can work exponentially better with them. First work on the denominator; then apply the formula

When more people across your organization become DECISIONeers, intelligence is no longer concentrated in a few roles or systems. In its 2026 research on Decision Intelligence Platforms, Gartner highlights how decision modeling, analytics, and AI can augment and automate decisions, advancing organizations toward decision-centric operations. But what about the people designing those decisions? Employees, teams, customers, and partners need the capability to co-cognize with AI, explore interconnected decisions, and discover opportunities that create value. AI-Leader introduces two-5-two, the Decision Design Language, to enable the DECISIONeers your business needs, connecting human potential with intelligent systems in the pursuit of Decision Optimality.

For generations, businesses have used intelligence to design, develop, and deliver products and services. Human knowledge, creativity, experience, and judgment have always been part of the recipe. But AI introduces a fundamental shift: intelligence can now become an active ingredient in the offerings themselves, enabling products and services to respond, adapt, and help customers make better decisions.
Consider a hotel that moves beyond selling rooms to helping guests design personalized experiences, or a property developer that enables customers to co-design their future homes by exploring locations, layouts, materials, costs, and lifestyle needs. These are not merely technological upgrades. They represent opportunities to rethink what businesses offer, how customers participate, and where new economic and human value can emerge.
Business Assessment with two-5-two helps organizations discover the difference between the value they currently deliver and the value they could create through co-cognition. By examining their Situation, exploring Opportunities, and designing interconnected micro-decisions with human and machine intelligence, businesses can identify unmet customer needs, reimagine offerings, and uncover possibilities that traditional assessments might overlook.
AI-Leader is where this capability begins. Executives learn to become DECISIONeers, recognize opportunities for Business Upgrades, and enable others across their organizations to design the decisions that will shape their future.
The next business upgrade may not be a better version of what you already offer. It may be an entirely new way of creating value.

Costa Rica is updating its National Plan for Sustainable and Healthy Gastronomy, bringing together chefs, producers, businesses, academia, students, public institutions, communities, and protected areas. Beyond producing a national document, the ambition is to develop Decisioneers across the ecosystem, empowering people to design better decisions, understand their interconnected impact, and create more Decisioneers. Gastronomy becomes a meeting point for biodiversity, agriculture, culture, tourism, health, education, and economic opportunity.
At the heart of this initiative, which is unique among countries worldwide, is a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders led by the Costa Rican Gastronomy Foundation (FUCOGA), headed by its president, Alfredo Echeverría, together with a board of directors. The foundation coordinates the National Plan for Sustainable and Healthy Gastronomy, launched in 2014 and officially declared an initiative of public interest by the Presidency of the Republic.
As Echeverría puts it, “The difference does not necessarily come from one major national decision. It can begin with thousands of small and interconnected decisions.” That makes Echeverría himself an interesting place to begin: not simply as the president leading the initiative, but as the first AI-Leader case, applying Decision Design with AI to a real decision within the very ecosystem he is helping to shape.
From there, the idea can spread through the Plan itself. Using Two-5-Two as the Decision Design Language, Echeverría and participating leaders can bring their own knowledge, the intelligence of others and AI into the design of real decisions: a chef deciding what to source, a producer deciding what to grow, an academic deciding what to research or teach, a conservation leader connecting biodiversity with livelihoods, or a business reconsidering purchasing and waste.
Instead of teaching people simply to use AI, the Plan could become a living demonstration of people learning to design decisions with AI, co-cognize across an ecosystem, and understand what each decision returns to people, nature, culture and the economy. It can begin with one AI-Leader and one real decision, then become thousands of interconnected decisions capable of advancing Costa Rica together.

What happens when a property development business begins not with a building, an architect, or a catalogue of homes, but with the decisions of the person who will live there?
pods108 explores this shift by applying Decision Design with two-5-two to housing. Customers can begin with the life they want to create, work with AI to explore locations, layouts, materials, costs, energy, sustainability and future needs, and progressively turn those interconnected decisions into a living space they can visualize and refine.
For an AI-Leader, the significance goes beyond housing. It demonstrates how Decision Design can reshape the relationship between a business, its customers, its suppliers and the intelligence available to all of them. Rather than using AI simply to improve an existing process, the opportunity is to redesign the business around the decisions that create value.
